Medialand’s fiercest fitness and wellness challenge is back and bigger than ever, bringing together the industry to train hard, compete harder, and claim their share in over $50,000 of prizes.

Six weeks of sweat, strength, and support, with group fitness training, plus expert sessions in nutrition and mental wellness. It all leads up to one epic final showdown, hosted at select Fitness First and Goodlife Health Clubs, part of VMO’s health and wellness media network.
