How did you find yourself in the advertising industry, and what’s been the best part of your journey at VMO so far?

With a double degree in media, communications and arts, I was always eager to pursue a role within the industry and was lucky enough to land a coordinator position with VMO in 2021.

The best part of my journey at VMO has to be the amazing culture and people that you have the opportunity to meet. It’s been such a privilege to be apart of this team for almost five years and experience so many milestones, promotions and conferences with an epic team.

What’s one work tip or hack you swear by that makes your day smoother?

I spend the first ten minutes each day making a list of what needs to be done as well as ticking
off tasks that have already been completed. List making is definitely the best tip I’ve come across as well as blocking out some time in your diary for yourself to ensure you can tackle those tasks in between meetings.

If you could swap roles with someone in the business, who would it be?

I’d love to swap roles with someone who has a completely different position to me, whether it be on the operations or marketing team just to see how other teams operate.

What skill has been most valuable to your career so far?

It would have to be presentation and people skills. Being in sales, these two skills are invaluable to how we present ourselves to client, discuss opportunities and make authentic connections that last.

If you had to teach a masterclass on one thing you’re great at, what would it be?

I’m a big DIYer. I make my own chilli oil, candles and a variety of pottery items, so I’d love to teach a masterclass on how to be more crafty.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self starting out in your career?

Everything always works out, just be yourself and you’ll be just fine.

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about?

I actually have six siblings. My family is very much a brady bunch family!

Outside of work, what’s one of your personal goals for 2026?

I’d love to read at least 30 books this year and take more long weekends to visit new places on the South Coast.

Spill the tea (or coffee): What cafe near the office is the best, and what is your go-to order?

I am a tea drinker through and through, so I make my morning tea in the office kitchen. It’s not only convenient but it also saves me quite a bit of money too! My favourite teas are english breakfast and french earl grey.
